The health and safety of our staff and patients are of paramount importance to us here at Cherry Tree Dental, and it remains a key priority of ours in the unfolding situation regarding COVID-19, otherwise known as the coronavirus.
Due to the new guidelines for dentistry, we regret that we’re now unable to provide patients with their routine care, including exam scale and polishes. We will continue to offer emergency treatment for as long as we’re able to do so, but only to patients who show no signs or symptoms of the coronavirus, and have had NO contact with anyone who has.
We will contact all patients who have missed a regular appointment as soon as we’re able to do so.
At the moment, we ask that you call the practice for further advice or emergency treatment, and DO NOT WALK IN.
We recognise that this will cause inconvenience for some of our patients, for which we apologise, and we look forward to resuming normal business as soon as we can. If you have any questions or need any further clarification, don’t hesitate to contact us, and one of our staff will be only too happy to provide some answers.
We’re watching closely for any new updates from the government and NHS, and will keep you updated accordingly.
In the meantime, we wish everyone the very best at this unprecedented time and look forward to seeing you all again very soon.
