Do glass ionomer fillings look natural?

• Yes. Glass ionomer fillings are tooth-coloured and blend reasonably well with your natural teeth. While they may not be quite as translucent or polished as composite fillings, they provide an attractive and natural-looking result.

Is the procedure painful?

Can I eat after having a glass ionomer filling?
