Registration is simple, all that you need to do is call Cherry tree dental care to book your first initial consultation at a charge of £35 paid before attending the appointment, once you have had your first consultation with your chosen dentist you can join our plan, if you go ahead on your visit and sign all plan forms we will include all x ray charges and you are then able to return for a full scale & polish this will also be included in the plan.
