I am proud to say that I have been the co-owner of cherry tree dental care, in partnership with Mr Patel, since 2005. I have overseen the expansion during 2012, this resulted in us relocating treatment facilities into a purpose built, state of the art practice with the latest technology including intra oral cameras and wall mounted screens. This investment enabled me to offer a range of cosmetic options to my patients including teeth whitening, cosmetic orthodontic treatments and full smile design makeovers.

I qualified from the University of Liverpool School of dentistry in 1993 and worked as an associate for 12 years for a local practice before becoming a lead clinician at cherry tree dental care. I am a general dentist that provides patients and their families with routine treatment but have a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry such as full smile makeovers and enjoy seeing the confidence this gives my patients.

Alongside work I have a busy family life, Blackburn is my home town and I married my wife Nafisa in 1998, we went on to have four children. Uzair, Umar, Aisha & Aminah. I am part of a group that is Blackburn based, we organise charity events that I thoroughly enjoy being a part of!

I am now enjoying taking the practice forward to incorporate specialist professionals to offer a wide range of further treatments to our patients and surrounding practices.
